In short: you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Faulty or wrong items are always replaced or refunded, and we pay the postage.
Changed your mind?
If you live in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Customers outside the UK are welcome to use the same policy.
- Tell us within 14 days by emailing hello@illyrianroots.com with your order number. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the card you paid with.
Return postage: when you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back. We refund the item price and the standard delivery you paid when you ordered.
Condition: you can try items on as you would in a shop. Please do not wear, wash or damage them. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to cover the loss in value.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
If your item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including postage. You will not need to pay to send anything back. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Wrong size?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot swap sizes directly. Return the item as a change of mind (above) and place a new order in the size you need.
